Today I called to have a visa card activated, Some apparantly Black Guy allegdy in the Fraud Dept. has arbitrarily put a hold on a new account. Stating the account was compromised 15Jan09
on the 27Jan09 my brothers name was placed on the account. I believe youy have an Internal Problem, causing me heinous hardship, this apparant black guy refused to give me a name,ID, and hung up on me blocking my account for a 2nd time discriminatorily, arbitrarily, without forensic evidence of any com promise.
