Pursuant to my call again today to the Fraud Unit Wed. 4Feb09 at 7:35am Karri in Milwaukee Wisc. ID 56590 ex.3645 (H) re: her supervisor Kirk ex 3921, who stated" Acct: xxxxxxxxx5129 is blocked Credit only, and that Affiant could not make her Mortgage Payment from that Acct.
Currently the Account is $10 ten dollars short for the $360 pymt. causing a Negative.
THEREFORE AGAIN DEMAND: Another Bank has deposited today $500.00 to that Acct. has to go thro American Clearing House, must show on the 5thFeb09.
FURTHER: It is ludicrous not to make the Equilne Pymt. due on the 10th of each month automatically
KIRK stated Affiant had to physically go to the Bank to make her Mortgage Payment out of a Blocked Acct.

It would be prudent for the bank to provide a telephone/ecommerce transcript of all of this
apparent deceitful practices to manulipate not only bank accounts but to default on Mortgage Equiline to ruin a persons credit.
