It has been brought to my attention that the ACH ie: american clearing house, returned the $500.00 auto transferr submitted 5Jan09 to US Bank Acct. xxxxxxxx5129
stating Acct. Closed, returned 9Jan09
The 1st Acct. xxxxxxxx0225 apparantly was closed arbitrarily by Ed Rednour 1-877-595-6256 "Internet access can be re-established after you have spoken to our Fraud Liaison Center" which Affiant did, 16Dec08, Suzanne Monroe VP who forced Affiant to open xxxxxxxx5129 1-800-872-2657 stating compromised from Nigeria, now the 2nd Acct. xxxxxxxx5129 re: Kari in Milwaukee-Wisc. ID 56590 ex 3645 stated a "visa" problem. triggering a mandated investigation into either ACH_Activities, or US Banks .
Apparantly the Equiline was paid in Jan 09, currently it is becoming apparent that either the ACH with your Board Member Jeffery W. Jones may be manulipating the Consumers Accounts.
Currently in Affiants US Bank is approx $360.xx 10 dollars short to make the
10Feb09 pymt.
Affiant is duly concerned that the Equiline pymts be made to prevent Forclosure....................
